I hadn’t taken my tripod with me so I was pretty chuffed to bag this 1/3sec shot handheld.

    • Thanks Chloe! I think my recent USA trip gave me an enhanced super-steady grip – had to capture so much low-light stuff sans-tripod that I think it really helped me perfect an approach to handheld slow shutter shooting. Still not easy when you’re handling a D700 and a fairly sizeable 16-35mm lens to do it though!!
